The company launched the iPhone 16 series worldwide on September 9. The launch event of the series was being watched live in different parts of the world. Meanwhile, Indian-origin Apple product manager Piyush Pratik was also seen during the live event. Piyush told the world about the camera control feature found in the latest iPhone series and how it works. This feature gives the user access to easily adjust camera settings like exposure, zoom and filter. Which makes using the phone’s camera even easier.
After this launch event, Piyush Pratik’s name started appearing in the headlines on the internet. Piyush Pratik is actually a graduate (via) from IIT Delhi. He has obtained a dual degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from here. Piyush has taken both Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) degrees from here.
Piyush’s career began as an associate consultant at global management consulting firm Bain & Company. Here he honed his skills like strategic planning and problem solving. In 2013, Pratik joined InMobi, one of the world’s largest advertising technology companies.
After joining InMobi, Piyush quickly rose through the ranks and worked as the Global Lead of Product Marketing. Soon, Piyush became the Director of Product Strategy and Operations. In 2017, Piyush enrolled at Stanford Business School and completed his MBA degree from there, which was entirely based on the Reliance Dhirubhai Scholarship.
Entry into Apple
Piyush entered Apple in 2019. He joined here as a product manager. Piyush worked to improve the iPhone. Now Prateek looks after global product management and marketing for iPhone at Apple. Earlier, he has also contributed to the development of iPhone 13 series and iPhone SE (2nd generation). Piyush’s name is in the headlines these days.
