A terrorist was running to save his life in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, but the army soldiers killed him. On Saturday, the army killed three terrorists after an overnight encounter in Baramulla.
National Rifles Commander Brigadier Sanjay Kannoth said, “Three hardcore terrorists were killed in the operation at Chak Tapper Kreeri in Baramulla. A large quantity of arms and ammunition was also recovered.”
In the drone footage, the terrorist was seen running towards some trees near the compound of the house. Amidst heavy firing, he falls on the ground and crawls on the ground for a few meters. But the terrorist dies in the firing by the army personnel.

Two army personnel were killed in a separate encounter in Kupwara. Brigadier Kannoth said, “Terrorists hiding in an empty building opened fire on our troops. As per standard operating procedures, we retaliated. The place was cordoned off and reinforcements were sent.”
He said that the terrorists kept up continuous heavy firing on the soldiers throughout the night, to which a befitting reply was given.
