Mohammad Zahid, the accused in the case of killing two policemen by pushing them off a moving train, was injured in an encounter. After this, UP STF has arrested him. Zahid was arrested in Dildar Nagar area of ​​Ghazipur police station. Several cases are registered against him. A reward of Rs 1 lakh was also announced on him.

Last month, on the night of 19-20 August, two constables named Javed Khan and Pramod Kumar were pushed off the train in the Barmer Guwahati Express. Both the constables were trying to stop the smuggling of illegal liquor.

In this case, the Noida unit of UP STF and the Ghazipur police team arrested the accused Mohammad Zahid after an encounter in the Dildar Nagar police station area of ​​Ghazipur. The accused Zahid is a resident of Phulwari Sharif in Patna. A reward of Rs 1 lakh was announced on the accused. Several cases of kidnapping, assault and liquor smuggling are registered against the injured Zahid.
