Father in BJP, son candidate from INLD... what rebellion happened in Nuh's political family?

Nuh:

This time an interesting election battle is being witnessed in Nuh of Mewat district in Haryana. Tahir Hussain, the heir of Tayyab Hussain’s political family in Mewat, is contesting the election from Nuh on an INLD ticket, while his father Zakir Hussain is the administrator of the Waqf Board in the BJP government of Haryana. This rebellion in the political family of Nuh has become a topic of discussion. However, father Zakir Hussain is not openly seen in the election campaign of son Tahir Hussain. But Tahir Hussain says that he has entered the election battle only after his father’s permission.

my father’s blessings are with me

Tahir Hussain says that he is contesting the elections with the blessings of his father. He said, ‘Our family has been serving the country since 1923. Along with this, we have also been in electoral politics. In this connection, today I am standing in the political arena. Our father is a Chaudhary of 36 communities. When the voice of this community came that a young face is needed for this area. After this, they asked Chaudhary sahab to give them Tahir. After this, he left the decision to the people of Nuh. Today, because of his blessings, I am sitting in front of you as an INLD candidate.’

‘Father and son will remain father and son…’

Is his father Zakir Hussain also campaigning for him? In response to this question, Tahir smiles and says, ‘Look, father and son will always remain father and son… there is no doubt about this and as far as campaigning is concerned, can a father ever stay away from his son?’

The people of Mewat are campaigning for me

On the questions being raised on Tahir’s father, he says, ‘This is the specialty of this election. If you want to know the atmosphere of Mewat even till two days ago, then you will know that the people here are campaigning for me. Every youth of Mewat is fighting for me from here. The people of Mewat are handling this election campaign, what can be a bigger blessing for me than this.’

Nuh has been waiting for development for 10 years

Last year communal violence took place in Nuh, development work has been stopped here for quite some time. Roads are broken… water is filled at many places. What is the reason for this, ‘Look, there is always hope for improvement. On the other hand, if we talk about work, my great grandfather was the first to get the Gurgaon canal dug. On the other hand, the Chief Minister of the state has a very big hand in the development of any area. The maximum development of our area took place during the rule of former Chief Minister Chaudhary Devi Lal. He also laid the foundation of Haryana. But for the last 10 years, nothing has happened here in the name of development.’

In Mewat, people are identified not by caste but by Gota Nath

Regarding the incidents of violence in Mewat, Tahir Hussain says, ‘There is never any caste violence here. There is no discrimination between people in the name of any community. People here are identified by their Got Nath. This connects them with each other in a feeling of brotherhood. Yes, some incidents happened here in between, which brought a bad name to this place at the world level. But there has been a hidden agenda of some people behind those incidents.’

On the talk of conflict between the Chautala family, Tahir Hussain says, ‘Haryana has two corners. The first is Mewat and the other end is Dabwali… I think that today there is a wave of Indian National Lok Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party. That is why we are going to form the government here.’
