Adani Group on Thursday categorically rejected the allegations made in the Swiss court case. In a statement, Adani Group termed all the allegations as baseless, absurd and irrational. The group said that this is another well-planned conspiracy to damage the company’s reputation and market value. Adani Group reaffirms its commitment to legal and regulatory compliance.

Adani Group said in a statement, “We categorically reject the baseless allegations. Adani Group has no involvement in any Swiss court proceedings. Nor has any account of our company been seized by any authority.”

The statement said, “Furthermore, neither has the Swiss Court mentioned our group companies in the alleged order, nor have we received any request for clarification or information from any such authority or regulatory body. We reiterate that our foreign holding structure is transparent and in accordance with all relevant laws.”
Adani Group wrote, “These allegations are clearly absurd and baseless. We have no hesitation in saying that this has been done with the aim of tarnishing our credibility, reputation and market value. This is a well-planned and disgusting attempt by a single group in unison.”
The statement said, “Adani Group is strongly committed to transparency and compliance with all legal requirements. We strongly condemn this attempt and request the media to refrain from publishing these reports. If you still decide to proceed, we request that you include our statement in full in your report.”
