Attempt to bomb train in Madhya Pradesh failed

An attempt to bomb an army train in Madhya Pradesh has been foiled. Let us tell you that many cases of train derailment are coming to light in different states across the country. Meanwhile, a new case is coming to light from Madhya Pradesh, where not only an attempt was made to derail the train but also an attempt was made to blow up the army train with a bomb.

In Sagphata area of ​​Nepanagar assembly constituency of Madhya Pradesh, the plot of blowing up a train with the help of a detonator by unknown miscreants has been foiled. Actually, after the train passed over the detonator, the driver became alert due to the explosion and he stopped the train and informed the station master, due to which this big accident was averted.

According to the information, a conspiracy was hatched to blow up the Army’s special train on September 18 by using 10 detonators. As soon as ATS and NIA got the information, top railway and police officials along with them inspected the spot.

Since the matter is related to the army, the officials are maintaining secrecy about the matter. 10 detonators were planted on the railway track. Unknown people had planted the detonators between pillar number 537/5 and 537/3 on the track at a short distance from Sagphata railway station under Bhusaval division of Central Railway.

As soon as the train passed the detonator, a very loud explosion sounded and the train driver became alert. After this, he stopped the train at some distance from Sagphata and gave a memo to the station master. After stopping for about 5 minutes, the train left for Bhusaval. After reaching there, a complaint of the incident was made to the station master. On September 18 at 1:48 pm, an attempt was made to derail the Army’s special train going from Jammu Kashmir to Karnataka by placing 10 detonators on the railway track near Sagphata railway station.

After the complaint of the loco pilot, the matter escalated. Since the matter is related to army personnel, the sound of the blasts has alerted the investigating agencies. On Saturday afternoon, the Special Branch DSP of the Police Department, Nepanagar SDOP Station Incharge and Railway officials inspected the spot. Late on Saturday evening, officials of many intelligence agencies including NIA, ATS reached Khandwa and the scope of investigation was further expanded.
